Air Jordan 4 Retro “BIN 23”

The Air Jordan 4 takes BIN 23 into Western territory. Fauna Brown and Baroque Brown cover the upper, dark support wings frame the sides, and a Muslin midsole brings the contrast. The details are what separate this pair from a familiar brown retro: pony hair cages, a bolo tie inspired lace closure, an oversized red leather hangtag and decorative embossing on the tongue. The Western film influence carries through the materials and presentation, while the painted Air unit gives the cream sole a more solid appearance. BIN 23 returned this year on the Jordan 3, 6 and 8; the 4 now brings its own interpretation to the series. For collectors, the numbered run and distinctive materials are the appeal.

With just 2,300 pairs, this is a serious collector release, and the Air Jordan 4 gives the BIN 23 idea a different audience from this year’s 3, 6 and 8. Those pairs are useful comps, but their pricing is a reminder that the label alone does not determine what buyers will pay. My $900–$1,100 entry leaves room for the 4 to command its own premium. Around a thousand dollars could make sense for this combination of scarcity, materials and model, which is why I am interested even this far above retail. The wider release is scheduled for December 26, 2026, at $355 through SNKRS and select Jordan Brand retailers.
